This year Ken and I decided to have a family Halloween party. Thanks to everyone who helped with the fun! :-)
'Tis now the very witching time of night,
When churchyards yawn and hell itself breathes out
Contagion to this world
* William Shakespeare *
Kids crafts (Thank you, Gail!)
Playing the "flour" game
Pack flour into bowl and invert onto plate
Place penny on top of flour
Each person "cuts" away a portion of the flour
First one to knock the penny down must retrieve it with their teeth!
Emma retrieving penny
Cutting away flour
Kimberly retrieving penny
Abigail retrieving penny
Pumpkin fun (see previous post)
Megan, Alicia & Natalie
Emma, Aaron, Rebekah & Moriah
Delores, Olivia, Keith Lillian & Abigail
Kevin & Tammy
Yummm (Kevin)
Olivia :-)
On Halloween the thing you must do
Is pretend that nothing can frighten you
And if something scares you and you want to run
Just let on like its Halloween fun.

Fun party. I love Kimberly's reaction to the flour game in Emma's picture. So expressive! Wish we could have joined in.
Okay, I just stand no chance as a grandma!
So much fun! Why don't I think of these things? You are awesome.
