Fun With My Children! * Kevin & Tammy :-)

As the years go by and my children have grown, I've noticed that many traditions geared around kids have quietly disappeared. Some have slipped away with little notice but others have definitely been missed. Yesterday, however, both Kevin and Tammy decided to do gingerbread houses and it was great fun watching the creative process at work! Kevin went downstairs and got the leftover gingerbread candy from previous years to see what could still be used. (He did comment that some of the candy might need to be carbon-dated before it could be used!) We put in a movie and then laughed and talked as the two of them worked. I'm so glad that a few traditions are still alive and well! :-)

Merry Christmas!

I hope you're never too old to have fun and be kids.

Kevin definitely has an architecture flair with graham crackers that I do not possess!
Oh, and Mom, you didn't post the fun pictures! ;)
