I was talking to Justin today. He had been so excited last month when he made his first mortgage payment. Today though, he said that his second mortgage payment wasn't nearly as exciting as the first one! :-)
And he's kind of afraid it will go downhill from here!

Give him about 10 more years, then he'll like his mortgage payment because it's better than buying a new house and having a bigger payment than what you are paying already!!
At least he can look forward to 358 months from now when he makes the final payment! :-)
I won't burst his bubble that they get less and less fun with each passing month. He'll find that out soon enough!
