During this last week, we have been coping with the loss of Ken's Aunt Bessie. She has been such a part of our lives that we are definitely saddened by her passing.
Bessie was a wonderful woman with an incredible passion for life. She loved the gospel and was dedicated to living as she felt her Heavenly Father would want her to live. She will be truly missed but we are certain that those on the other side are having a wonderful reunion!

I was sorry to miss her funeral. I didn't really get a chance to say goodbye. This morning I was tempted to take Emma anyway, explaining that we would need to get an antibiotic for her ear and it didn't really matter if we went to the doctor before or after the funeral. THEN she threw up and I quickly swapped my nice black skirt for some jeans and called the doctor. This is one of those "Parental Sacrifices" we love so much.
Hear ye - Hear ye. Bessie will certainly be missed.
What a lovely tribute. The funeral was so nice. She will be missed. She even added to our family.
