The Old Gray Mare Ain't What She Used To Be!

Yesterday Kevin and I went out to buy a couple of pumpkins for Halloween. Most of the fruit stands along the highway sell pumpkins so I headed to my favorite. While I paid for them, Kevin loaded them into the car. The cashier was a pretty young girl with a quick smile. While she was ringing them up on the cash register, she looked up and innocently asked, "So your grandson came to help you?"

My smile was not quite as quick as I explained that he was my son! Kevin laughed most of the afternoon and kept calling me Grandma until I issued a few threats about unlimited chores! Now where did I put that hair dye! :-)

He he he. I know you may not think so, but that really IS funny.

I don't know what is happening with your blog. Have you tried maybe resetting and saving all your settings again? It might do the trick.

I love all of your recent posts. The Polynesian Cultural Center was one of my favorite parts of Hawaii too. And great job on reading conference. For some reason I'm only good at that when I'm nursing a baby. That would be fine if I had a baby every year, but since Addie is almost 4 it's been a while. Maybe I will make it a goal this year too.

Haha, I'm sorry Janell, but you gotta admit that's pretty funny. You'll laugh about this some day! ;P

Reminds me of the comments about Marian being the mom when the twins were babies. She wasn't laughing then. ;)

Is this what I have to look forward too? You know when Kade, Sam, and Abby are grown? Oh well, they were worth it. I think Kevin is too!

P. S. I don't think it was funny at all!!!
